Our PWM solar controller is designed to common “Positive” connection; that is to say, in our system, the solar panel, the solar controller and the battery share same Positive polarity.

If you need to engage the common grounded connection for your system, obviously, the Negative polarity of the battery and the Negative of the solar panel are not allowed to connect together with the ground of your system, you can do the following two considerations:

1)      Connected the Positive polarity of solar controller and the Positive polarity of the battery together with the ground of your system, this is only occurred when the Negative polarity of the battery has not been connected to the ground of your system.

2)      If the Negative polarity of the battery has been connected to the ground of your system, the Negative polarity of solar panel can not be connected to the ground of your system again.
